Working in partnership with Age UK, On Your Marks CIC have developed a number of successful walking football weekly programs. Accessed by individuals from a variety of backgrounds, walking football provides our older generations with a great opportunity to socialise, get fit and compete at their chosen level.

OYM believes in the Sportscape philosophy of life long participation in sport, so if you think your football days are behind you, think again! Walking Football provides the same competitive edge, camaraderie, enjoyment of regular football, with all of the same rules... except one... run, at any point during the game and its a free kick to the other team. 

It provides a test of skill, composure and restraint, and despite its generally reduced tempo a good physically challenge too.
